CELEBRATE FREE SPEECH WEEK OCTOBER 17-21

In 1791, the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Bill of Rights guaranteed freedom of speech. Since 2005, Free Speech Week (FSW) has taken place the third week of October annually to celebrate and raise public awareness of the importance of freedom of speech and of a free press in our democracy. Welcome Back! August is National Wellness Month

Make a small change and impact your health in positive ways. There are numerous ways to make those small changes, too.

  • Add more fruits and veggies to your meals.
