Here is an AWESOME list of copyright free or Creative commons photos that you can use for projects.  One of my favs is compfight.com.

These are photos that photographers have freely contributed and given you permission to share (unlike images that you might find on Google images).

Creative Commons?  What is that anyway?  It’s a cool idea–you take a photograph, write a song lyric, draw something, and you give “permission” for others to reuse it, revamp it, and share it.  You can go to the Creative Commons website to get a little symbol to put with your work to show the permission you want to give.   Then become part of a cool community of sharing–what the “internets” are all about!
